Welcome to Australia,
I'm with Telstra, while the most greedy telco it's the only one that actually update their backup so no congestion happens.
A$120 per month, for 1TB of Data (Yes, Data caps) and this is on nbn, fastest I can get since it's using FTTN VDSL2 and I'm the furtherest person away from it, pretty neat
Also drops out whenever it feels like it

Wilmington, NC to Clinton, NC. I've seen worse here in town.

Instructions for frustration management:

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

I never said I was smart, just smart enough to be dangerous.

ORLY?

Hey, you're somewhat nearby me. I find that the servers here in NC affect the speed test results. Do you? Some in Raleigh are particularly slow.

Can i make it faster? cause on torrent download speed is 10 mb/s and one guy uses same internet he gets on Speedtest 60/60 and on torrent 30-40 mb/s .

Well because you aren't using proper syntax, I'm going to assume some things here...  But there is no way that you can speedtest 60Mbps and get 30MBps in any way.  Unless your speedtest results are inaccurate.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

You could get 30 down if the server (or whatever is acting as the "server", i'm not familiar with torrenting) is only capable of providing 30 up.

You really couldn't... because 30MBps = 240Mbps...  so if you have 60Mbps = ~8MBps...

Quite literally, its impossible.

Raleigh, NC at 5:41 PM Eastern Standard Time. It depends, on their connection, the time of day (how many people are trying to contact that server, and what that server might be doing {I tested it three separate times and got three different figures}). Just a lot of variables. I will say, that SC and Clinton have always been faster. That is the biggest thing, just too many variables to really come up with anything concrete. It is a great way to test what you might be getting on a decent day to day basis. We used speedtest on multiple computers while doing work in companies when we needed to see if TimeWarner Cable was having issue at certain businesses.
