This is my internet speed on vacation, T-Mobile HSPA/HSPA+/LTE (no idea which one it was using, changes constantly) tethering

It may score a "D", but you are still faster than 34% of the US... while using the mobile network on your phone!  If that's not a sad state of affairs, I don't know what is... (and not like that is a US-only problem; I bet this could be done anywhere and you'd get a similar situation)

I'm paying for 200M/20M from TWC, and it's like the dead of the night here (4:34 AM)

To be fair almost anything your average user would easily fit with that with multiple users.

It's the best internet a regular person can get at their homes currently in Estonia. Still not everybody can get it.

Just cause its comcast doesnt mean anything to me, the local reps are actually nice and we havent had any bad experiences yet.

oh I thought you were hating on Comcast, but I get it now sorry for the confusion....... Comcast's 2gbps speed cost 1000 dollar install fee and 300 a month for 2gbps down and up, wish I had that kind of money for that
