youtube only uses enough internet to watch to video xD

it doesn't buffer the whole video anymore remeber ;)

No it does, switch to HTML 5 and it does even on flash it does - sometimes -, what you're describing is called dash playback.

The download is usually about 5mb/s faster but for some reason it's a little bit slower at 2:00 in the mornin', the pings a bit better though so that's nice.
