My internet on a good day! Not uncommon to see the upload below 0.5 Mbps and Download below 5 Mbps.

No NBN (National Broardband Network) connection for me though! Yet.....

We're getting Google Fiber here in Raleigh, but for now I'm stuck with AOL-Time Warner-Taco Bell-US Government DSL. Please deposit $2,000 to begin connection.

Up to 100 down, Yup upto 100 so how come it's 103, could having a VM employee next door have anything to do with it?  Enquiring minds and all that.

Fast enough for me, yes the ping is a bit high but...

The up speed is supposed to be 10% of the down but Virgin are working on it (have been for years)

@Jarsky .

wow just wow.

Fibre is just like that. The Optical Line Terminals connect to switches with 1gbE/10gbE switching. By its nature fibre is easy to have burst speeds because its not generally constrained by the hardware, but by software (and congestion in some cases).
