You can get constant 100 up/down with the ISP RCS&RDS, depending on where in Romania someone lives. Mine are constant of what you can see in that post. There is another ISP that is offering 150down but the up is 6Mbps same price, not worth it. And probably in other areas than where I am you can find even better speeds but I'm not sure.

You should totally move here :P.

Edit: Actually I just checked my ISP should give me 100 Down and 30 Up. :)). Maybe they changed the up speeds for the new contracts :)). I still have 94 down and 75 up. (Also for the plan I got, I also got a USB internet stick with 5GB up to 21Mbps, and after I use the 5GB it's like 128 kbps download & 64 kbps up. It was free, and I barely use it as I don't have a laptop though sometimes I do use the SIM card in my phone. Works like a charm :) )

Now that you know all this you should start preparing your move xD.

You guys are so lucky. Wait until Australia gets FTTH! (Probably in 2021 if the Labor party wins the election). I'm at like 12 Mbps at peak. LOLOLOL.

It's not 100/100 as promised, but considering the cable from the source is way times longer than it needs to be...
