it took quite a few tries to get a result. for some reason the upload test would just keep going and going and never give me a result

Current apartment, landlord's internet. Not the best, but it's acceptable. 

I do wish more canadian ISPs offered more than 1-2 Mbps upload.

But see the thing is that in a lot of places we have the technology to get gigabit or at least 500mbs internet....the companies wont freaking flip the switch.
