Michigan mate. Some parts here are worse. :( But this Thursday I'm finally getting DSL for the first time ever in my home from Frontier with 6Mb/s down and 1Mb/s up. They just got the line ready like a week ago so will be the first on the line. :D Fuck you Charter throttling dicks.

According to which, the area of the UK that I live in has the slowest average internet speed at 7.1 mbit. (there s very little fibre/cable available here)
