Dust 2 or Mirage would probably be best for DM.

best custom map back on the original half-life mod was a small sqaure map with every weapon and four large pillars. I cant remember what it was called but it was the best for practice. there was another one with a large empty space with a wall that moved up and down between the teams; you had 1 second to predict where the enemy was and make your shot. it was awesome. I have not seen anything similar on CSGO.

If you want to practice on CSGO just play the popular maps.

Practice with desert eagle.

You dont need any other gun.

Once a master with pistol get sniper rifle, only then move onto assualt and SMG

The best practice imo is going into the community browser and finding a FFA deathmatch server with fast spawns. Find yourself shooting more often than looking for people to shoot as is the case with the Valve Deathmatch, its just better practice and the average standard of player is higher so it makes you improve faster.

More specifically I like 'Warmup' servers which is like FFA deathmatch but they cycle through different gun types you can select. So for 5 mins it will be Pistols only then it will be second round weapons only (SMGs, Scout, Shotguns) then it will be Rifles only. Great to practice all elements of aiming without having to server hop.
