What's the point of this monitor have freesync?
Response Time  14ms / 5ms GTG???
Why this monitor has 14ms and is also freesync if i can turn on the v-sync at 144hz and have 7ms? i don't get it...  or is 5 ms GTG that counts?

Advertised response time figures don't really mean anything, don't pay attention to them.

No, frame time is the amount of time 1 frame is displayed to the screen for. Response time is the time it takes to transition between two colors. These two are not really related.

Response time varies depending on the colors, it isn't a single number. You really can't tell much from "14 ms / 5 ms" which like I said, advertised response time numbers are really meaningless, they do not tell you anything. Just ignore them.

 

G-Sync changes frame time, because frame time is the same thing as refresh rate, just represented differently.

If yes ... with free-sync and g-sync might be better than 7?

It will never be better than the maximum refresh rate of the monitor.
