Scorpio vs PS4 (pro?) vs Xbox one(S?)

Aight,  so heres the deal..I have already decided to upgrade my graphics card and still deciding about what to get, HOWEVER, thats not the point of this topic. As I said in the title, I am also looking into buying a console to have the best of both worlds, so I need your help to decide which. Xbox Scorpio vs Cheap PS4 Pro vs EVEN CHEAPER Xbox One....what do you guys think?? I have more friends that play Xbox than PlayStation but I am very sure that I could find people I know who play PlayStation, also i am kinda impartial to exclusives

Xbox 1 S on sale, I paid like 200 bucks for mine brand new, so I get the 4K bluray support and can game if I want to, also leaves the most money to go to the GPU you are buying.

Wait for Scorpio launch regardless, if nothing else the Xbox One and PS4P will get cheaper.

I plan on playing BO3, GTA V, B1, WW2, BO2 (if possible), destiny, destiny 2( if i dont get it for PC or it has crossplay or I just feel like buying it), Star Wars Battlefront 2, Rocket League, Fallout 4, + any exclusives that the console supports

The Scorpio will be at least $500, but there's no point if you won't either play in 4K or VR or reallllllllly want actual 1080p60 for once. It will likely have a RX580-level GPU on a Ryzen-based APU

it was a combo deal back around Christmas, it was a 500GB Storm Grey Battlefield 1 edition OneS console, a second controller (black) and a 50 dollar gift card for 300 bucks, so after you look at the value of the controller (which I was going to buy anyway to use with my PC for some basic PC gaming stuff) and the value of the gift card it was 200 for the One S 500GB model.

the PS4 Pro has 1080p60 options for certain games, but it's mostly up to the developers, and receiving the OK from sony.

and still isn't solid 60FPS even in those titles. Scorpio will likely hit solid 1080p60 in most of the titles designed for it

I'm not sure the point of getting an XBox One if you have a good gaming PC already. The Scorpio is still going to be cpu bottlenecked by those crap Jaguar cores, so if you're running an i5/Ryzen5 + RX 480 level system your games will probably run better on PC. And XBone has no exclusives since you can play those on Windows 10. I think PS4 and Switch are the only systems that make sense for a PC gamer to buy for the exclusives unless you have a bunch of friends who play on XBox. Then I guess it would be understandable.
