OC having no effect on hashrate?(Ethereum)

I'm running a 1060. Heavily undervolted and clocked at 1911Mhz it's reporting a pretty steady 20.76MH/s. When I OC to 2138MHz it still reports the same hashrate. Why is this? Surely the 20% extra power it's using is going somewhere?

That's an F in the profile pic

AFAIK the Etherum is more VRAM intensive and crypto mining is not so great on NVIDIA GPUs.

I get steady 25MH/s for ETH on a RX 480 vanilla but to increase the MH/s I need to increase the Memory Clock and a bit of Core Clock but overall Core Clock on its own does nothing for me.

Yeah I had heard 480s were good value for mining machines
