Why do windows store FPS' always suck

Xandaaa

The windows store in windows 10 has many apps and games that were originally intended for mobile platforms. Included in this rather impressive catalog are many FPS games like Modern Combat 5, Gangstar new Orleans, sniper fury etc. My first thought was that I could possibly hop in and wreck noobs playing on their tiny little screens while I was using my mouse and KB, but that was not the case. For some reason, in every windows store game, the mouse controls feel disconnected and wobbly. It's impossible to aim, and it feels like my mouse can barely influence the direction of my crosshairs. Does anybody know why, or how this can be fixed?

If you have NVIDIA card then go in NVIDIA Control Panel, 3D settings, Global tab, Vertical Synchronization and set it OFF.

If the V-Sync is forced by Windows DWM then you are out of luck.
