So I am getting really tired of the old AMD stock cooler that comes with low end FX CPUs and I wanted a cheap CPU cooler upgrade to make the system cooler quieter and squeeze a little more outta my FX 4300 and I wanted to know your thoughts on this cooler

Very quiet and a capable little cooler, within 20% of the $35 H7 for only $20. Good looks too.
