just go grab a pack of corsair fans. They are cheap and decent, though they are quite loud compared to something like noctua and other top end brands.

Not always is such obvious, as quite a larger proportion of people use of the CPU's integrated graphics within business usage scenarios, rather than spending a lot more on a prebuilt system with a dedicated GPU just for potentially newer display connections.

Anywho, personally, for a provided low budget my recommend would be of some Auoker 120mm 33 LED Grid fans, to which for £5 you upmost certainly shall find of diminutive fault with them. Noise ouput is whisper silent courtesy of impressive qualities to the hydraulic bearing. Maybe doesn't exactly comepete with other suggestions here, except there the best budget option by miles.

I once did the unthinkable, back many headphones ago...

I split an audio split, again

I bought z270 instead of b250 is because z270 support ddr4-2800 ram but b250 support highest is ddr4-2666

RAM speed only provides minor performance gains, you can save the money and get a better CPU/GPU which matters the most
