I'm pretty sure you can control fans as DC. Which with MSI means (it might be better now) having curve from 60% to 100%.

60% seems a bit high, I'll probably look into a y splitter then. Just making sure but the y splitters are for pwm, not voltage right?

There are both types. You need to check when selecting. I have one of both, Bitfenix 3pin and Noctua PWM.

Dats what I figured, considering I used to have a 3 pin fan splitter (which I ended up giving to a friend :P ). Thanks for the help!
