To anyone who this may concern, I am the COO and Vice President of Elemental Lmt., A small company which runs the Record Label 'Xygen Records' (on SoundCloud) and of course, The new-found Counter Strike Global Offensive e-sports team: Team Thallium. If there are ANY seasoned players who have a CAPABLE PC, A half decent microphone/headset, and CS:GO; Please join the Thallium  Discord Chat (any players who do NOT meet the *standards will be kicked from the Discord chat!)

Sometimes when I queue with a friend, i get very laid back and just start doing stupid shit with him (if he wants and we're winning by a large margin or losing by a large margin)

You should include that and bit more top OP. Like what region you play in. I assume NA since you don't include it by default. Something which European teams do automatically.
