Help chosing os (and cofingerien it)

Hello I have unRAID but ther is on problem i woud like an os that every time i want to acces a share askes me for a password i have tryed whitch unRaid but i always stay loged-in

The share password saving is A client setting not a server.

Password saving is at a client level. What hardware. What protocol

windows does the password saving, not the server.
