GPU Fan not spinning

I have an rx 470 Sapphire 8gb GPU and now i just noticed one of the fans is not spinning?

any ideas one?One of the is spinning perfectly the other is not 

The card is still in warranty should i just give it so it can be repaired?

The card is only 4-6 months old and it has not been under any physical damage

i have not overclocked it or messed with voltage

I dont think that is the thing the software does not include something like that also the fan used to run normally

Have you stress tested it with something like Unigine, 3DMark, or FurMark (careful with this one, you can kill your GPU if you abuse the settings)?

No stress testing done

Hell it does not even sweat cause i dont have a decent cpu and it does not even go over 50 degrees with the fans not spinning

You should stress-test it and see if both fans spin. I have no experience with Gigabyte cards, but I can make a guess that the fans spin independently while temps are relatively low.

But would that make the fact that they both used to spin together a malfunction?
