I haven't heard of anyone having clearance issues with that cooler besides the RAM. Compatibility wouldn't be the question at that point, so much as clearance would be. High profile RAM would probably pose an issue, but the PCIe slots? not that I'm aware of.

You can always adjust where the fan is mounted, so that ram might cause you to place the fan higher up to avoid that clearance issue. It may also mean the fan may cover one of your dimms, which is rather unfortunate with having all dat RGB LED goodness.
