I am excited to share My latest project here on LTT

Marian apparition, in which the Virgin Mary is believed to have supernaturally appeared
Ghost, the disembodied spirit or soul of a deceased person

Bilocation, the ability/instances in which an individual or object appears to be located in two distinct places at the same instant in time

The cases for the build are 2 Antec P180 mini's

 

 

 

 

 

I will need to remove Both motherboard trays hard drive bays and completely unrivet one of the cases so I can make the doors work

Using a Caselabs ATX tech bench for the removable motherboard tray and temp gpu

Build will have dual 7970's with Ek waterblocks

I used a old side panel to make the back panel

Update 3

 

I picked up 2 FC 10's and the front grills are different...not that I mind

 

 

 

Here you can see the handles mounted with the backside cut to allow the caselabs tech bench to slide inside

dual 200mm fans on the roof will move a ton of air

 

 

trying acrylic rod in the top and didn't like the look of the fan filters  will run them nekkid

 

 

For the top finish I had some iron cross sheets so I was playing around with some lights to see how it looked

 

 

 

 

Like the looks of this sure I can make it work

Picked up xspc ramblock for the build

Thought I was easily confused when I cut up and rotated the cases but with these 6 port rads :wacko:

Update 5

I cut a piece of plexi for underneath the motherboard tray so the sleeving can get a nice reflection

think my pump is getting a little anxious

Brought in some cheap help for the sleeving

Ahh the fun of modding and mistakes,altho the bottom air intake looks to be correct i wound up with the problem of door not being able to slide on

 

 

so unrivet the case again and rotate the bottom panel,redrill hole for Casefeet re-attach bottom support and re-tap 6/32 screws

also decided to widen the gap between the two cases and use 1/2 inch square plexi for the light effect

here it is after the fix

I had the idea of removing the aluminum skin on the 2 doors to explore my options

no go...they are super glued to the plastic middle...using a heatgun to loosen up the adhesive didnt work either...good thing I have 2 xtra doors

Little progress.. more in experimenting on the already messed up door

Considered a round window for the side and wanted to see how the hole saw would work on it

Used the grill from a MNPCtech blowhole kit for the template on the side panel

and laid out for a square window

Hole saw worked well and cut both aluminum skins nice,drilled in both directions

you can see in this pic did a nice job and plastic is nicely cut

When i cut the square out for the window with a 36 tpi jigsaw blade it cut clean but not as nice as the holesaw
