Need help with mobile internet on LeEco le 2

Hello i need help with me LeEco le 2 phone. when i swith to mobile internet only thing that uses it is whassap how to fix it? i tried rebooting the same thig and changing sim to sim slot 2 the same. will be happy for any help.
