shuttering issue and fps drops

i have that on high

Ok, if you want people to help you you need to first explain how the problem started and the type of stutters you're getting.

secondly, you need to proof read what you post because half of it I can't even comprehend

btw if you are running BeamNG with a 4 core thats pretty obvious that it has stuttering

I have an Intel Core i5 2320 and get an average of 80-90 FPS on high settings. Smooth as butter. No stuttering whatsoever.

Could you check RAM, CPU, and GPU usage while gaming?

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:

Do this:

And make sure you do it by hitting the quote button at the bottom left of my post, and not the one inside the editor!

Or this:

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

Two theories.

1: You only have 4GB of ram, so when you're trying to play at higher settings, Windows is forced to dip into the paging file on your very slow 5900 rpm HDD. Windows 10 uses about 2GB to run itself. That means you've effectively got about 2GB and whatever Windows can manage to delegate without crashing.

2: DPC Lantecy. Driver incompatibility. A reinstall wouldn't fix this, but it's likely that the default Windows drivers are causing issues on your hardware. Download a latency utility, and look for anything that sticks out by a large margin. In my experience, it's usually chipset, sound, ethernet, and wifi drivers that have issues. So once you find the problem driver, head to the manufacturer's webpage, and find the appropriate Windows 10 driver for your device. In some cases, even the 8.1 drivers can function better than the generic Windows driver.

Doesn't show GPU usage :P I need that too. Could use something like GPU-z to check.
