Some old Gt series , guessing 5-600 something

its def the lower end of the Nvidia range. looks very similar to a GT710 that I own. Possibly EVGA.

very similar but wrong PCB colour.

 

im thinking somewhere below 610 but its very hard to get a good google image search past the gt 510

 

UPDATE -

That heatsink is remarkably similar to other EVGA cards but I cant see one identical to your pictures

I tried doing that but I destroyed my PC for some reason and I had to factory reset it
