2.1 speakers recommendation

Does anyone here have Sound BlasterX Kratos S3 ? I read that they are very good for a price but in two reviews it is stated that they have white noise. Is this frequent problem with this speakers? Any other recommendation for 2.1 speakers under 80€? What about Speedlink majesty 2.1 or Trust 2.1 gxt 38?

I read that logitech z series have buzzing problem. Any other recommendations?
