Can't get Dxtory to Work

I've done everything I need to do to get the program running fine, as far as I know at least, but I can't get it to actually start recording. I don't really know what to do. Considering I've never really used screen recording software before, I might be missing something.

It uses hotkey and overlay. Is hotkey and save folder set correctly?
