Does RAM speed/timing matters in eSports games like Dota 2 and CSGO?

dGPU or iGPU? iGPU scales almost linearly with memory bandwidth; dGPU you probably don't care since it's most likely already more than powerful enough.

If your [C]PU is being maxed out, yes. But from what I hear, MOBAs aren't intense.

Like stated above, it would matter most if you play from an iGPU but if you have a video card, such light games meant to do lots of fps won't see huge improvements, there might still be there but it'll be nothing to lose your sleep over.
