delay in startup

Celach

Hello, i recently upgraded my pc (mobo, cpu, ram and psu) and while everything seems to be working fine, im having a slight delay (5-10+ sec) after pressing the power button which is really starting to bother me. After pressing the power button, I can hear the fans spinning and everything turning on, and then after 10+ sec the noise calms down and the computer starts up

I've checked multiple posts but i cant seem to find a solution, so i would really appreciate some help

Thanks

my specs are:

os: windows 10 64-bit

mobo: msi b350m gaming pro

128 gb ssd sandisk x300s

gpu: gtx 1050 ti

cpu: ryzen 5 1600

psu: evga 500b

crucial 8gb ram 2400mhz

If the motherboard has an ERP setting, you could try disabling that. ERP puts the motherboard into a lower power state to meet european standards. If it's enabled, it can increase the time it takes for the system to boot.
