Fan Controller Help

Hey, I'm looking for a fan controller to turn down my case fans when I'm not gaming since I only have one fan header on my motherboard but 3 fans. Can you tell me if there's much difference between these two.

They're pretty similar.

There's little difference between the two. They're both a mess of cables and probably just as reliable.
