I noticed that newegg sells game much cheaper.Some games are the half price than steam?Why is that?Does newegg sell game codes?If yes then i can buy them cheaper i redeem them at steam

If it says Steam game code, yes  you can redeem them on steam

well the company sets the prices like good ol Activision has black ops 2 on steam for 60 dollars when I can go to let's say game stop and buy it for 10-15 dollars on pc
