pc blowing hdmi

hi eveyone, 

     this is a a strange one but here go's iv got a gtx 1050 ti and iv been using it via hdmi on tvs so far its sone how blown 2 tvs hdmis, and on the 3erd tv I can see the bios on Windows loading screen it shows up but as soon as it gets into Windows it goes blank and itsdosnt show up in device manager, iv tryed using a fire stickin that tv and Amazon's logo shows up then gos blank.

 the question is has anyone's pc/gpu ever blown hdmi sockets up.

 

 

in a side note, I decided to check the voltage between the hdmi mettal plate (netral) and the pc case (netral) and I'm getting 24v witch is a bit strang as I thought both should be 0v

more than likely, your power mains are lacking ground

iv checked and its fine, I'm in uk and we have live,erth and ground and its been checked and its fine but that was my 1st thought
