What do i put for target port im trying to open all ports

You shouldn't do that ... Unless that part of network is DMZ zone or a subnet of network you want anyone in internet could access. What router are you using? why are you port fowarding.

in some games i cant join my friends and shit so im seeing if port forwarding will help and im going through mediacom internet but in there control pannel there this thing called target port but any videos i watch show nothing about target port

You should be enabling UPnP, not port forwarding.

Then your modem is shite

 

You need to find out what ports/protocols the games you play run off of, then specifically port forward those.

it has nothing to do with modem my internet provider takes over the original control panel i have medioacom

You cannot port forward, or do anything, without access to your modem/router configuration

i can port forward the only thing is what do i putt for target port it games only list to port foward start and end port

You can port forward but you dont have access to the config page of your modem/router?

its not the default thing for the modem my internet provider blocks that and redirects me to this

My suggestion is get a REAL router, and turn the ISPs into a bridge.  Then enable UPNP.
