TV for grandpa

So my grandpa is getting more blind he currently has a 22 inch dell monitor. I was thinking of getting a tv to be his monitor. 32-40 inch model. He has a gtx 550ti. Cheap under 200 dollars must be 1080p.

I'd find a cheap 1080p 32 inch TV at the local Wal-Mart (at least here in the states).

Samsung S24D590L would likely be a good option or buy a cheap 22 inch monitor and run a dual-monitor setup
