hyper 212 evo fan

Hey i recently rebuild my pc with a see through window but i was wondering can i replace the fan on the 212 evo with a Thermaltake ring 120MM with led even though its not pwm, would i see equal/better temps? this is purely to match the rest of my system (pc is very silent so noise isnt a problem)

the fan screws to a click on mount

The mounting brackets will fit any fans with standard 120mm mounts. 

PWM is just one way to power the fan and has nothing to do with compatibility with the cooler.

Riings don't perform much differently than stock BladeMaster.
