The last time I played Metal Gear was Metal Gear Solid on PS in 1998... It was good.... I been away from gaming for years... the last system I got was the PS2 and I still have it and yes its on the floor right now. LOL I'm old though... I remember getting the Saga master system for Christmas and my brother and I had to share it. when we got the NES it was the coolest thing in the world. Mega Man 2 was my favorite game on NES. Well maybe Final Fantasy.....

I was going to get a console but when I saw how awesome PC gaming was I built one. I been away from gaming for years... like I said PS2 was my last gaming console I payed money for. I have over 420hrs into Witcher 3... that game is what really got me back into gaming.

Sadly i just got to play the series last year and i still haven't finished playing all the games.

I started gaming on the PS1 and never stoped since! I fell into the PC gaming scene just 4 years ago, the transition from console to PC (i had an X360 by the time) was amazing!

Guilty but my tower only just fits under my desk, and my desk only just fits 2x 24" screens + speakers and a few bits.

I actually moved my PC today, cleaned all the dust out, and vacuumed the carpet under it, cleaned all the dust filters but I still had a lot of dust in the case with filters, but then again it's 3 years old and might need a touch more intake as the exhaust is too strong as I have the rad with push pull fans going out of the case at the top 4 big fans

I can put it on my desk, but then it has no point, cause the case will be on the floor again, with my desk ex-desk underneath it.

My computers on the (hardwood) floor.:D No way the R3 could fit on my desk. And it gets worse. PSU pulls air from the bottom, intake fan in front, and one to blow air out in the back. And I don't have a side panel ;). (Grated the 2 fans that pull air in do have filters).

Custom pinewood case, Corsair CX 600WRampage 3 Extreme, i7 980x (@4.2ghz) with ML240 Cooler MSI GTX 970, 24gb DDR3, 240gb OCZ Tr150 SSD + 2Tb Seagate Baracuda.

Advocate for used/older hardware. Also one of the resident petrol heads.

My PC is on the floor. PSU is bottom mounted. Fan has never kicked on because I've got an overkill PSU for what is drawn.

Sue me.

muh specs

Gaming and HTPC (reparations)- ASUS 1080, MSI X99A SLI Plus, 5820k- 4.5GHz @ 1.25v, asetek based 360mm AIO, RM 1000x, 16GB memory, 750D with front USB 2.0 replaced with 3.0  ports, 2 250GB 850 EVOs in Raid 0 (why not, only has games on it), some hard drives

Screens- Acer preditor XB241H (1080p, 144Hz Gsync), LG 1080p ultrawide, (all mounted) directly wired to TV in other room

Stuff- k70 with reds, steel series rival, g13, full desk covering mouse mat

All parts black

Workstation(desk)- 3770k, 970 reference, 16GB of some crucial memory, a motherboard of some kind I don't remember, Micomsoft SC-512N1-L/DVI, CM Storm Trooper (It's got a handle, can you handle that?), 240mm Asetek based AIO, Crucial M550 256GB (upgrade soon), some hard drives, disc drives, and hot swap bays

Screens- 3  ASUS VN248H-P IPS 1080p screens mounted on a stand, some old tv on the wall above it.

Stuff- Epicgear defiant (solderless swappable switches), g600, moutned mic and other stuff.

Laptop docking area- 2 1440p korean monitors mounted, one AHVA matte, one samsung PLS gloss (very annoying, yes). Trashy Razer blackwidow chroma...I mean like the J key doesn't click anymore. I got a model M i use on it to, but its time for a new keyboard. Some edgy Utechsmart mouse similar to g600. Hooked to laptop dock for both of my dell precision laptops. (not only docking area)

Shelf- i7-2600 non-k (has vt-d), 380t, some ASUS sandy itx board, intel quad nic. Currently hosts shared files, setting up as pfsense box in VM. Also acts as spare gaming PC with a 580 or whatever someone brings. Hooked into laptop dock area via usb switch

My case is about 2-3 inches shorter then my desk and has tall rubber feet and dust filters. It will survive being on the floor.

CPU: 6700K Case: Corsair Air 740 CPU Cooler: H110i GTX Storage: 2x250gb SSD 960gb SSD PSU: Corsair 1200watt GPU: EVGA 1080ti FTW3 RAM: 16gb DDR4

Other Stuffs: Red sleeved cables, White LED lighting 2 noctua fans on cpu cooler and Be Quiet PWM fans on case.

Only bottom intake is the filtered one over the PSU. Fronts are filtered too but are unnecessary since all cooling is handled by an external radiator.

Makes the whole setup very heavy for a desk.

Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example.
