Razer announced their new mouse, the Lancehead, which claims to "outperforms every other wireless gaming mouse". It runs on a 2.4ghz frequency but uses frequency hopping to dodge interference, that gets compounded in a tournament setting, and provide a lag-free experience. That's a pretty radical statement as the Logitech G900 addresses the same issues and is pretty good even in areas with high interference so I am really interested in seeing how they compare head-to-head. Oh, and of course it has chroma.

They are also going to sell a wired edition, ironically named the Lanchead Tounament Edition, which bumps the Inches per second tracking speed to 450.

Both mice are available for preorder now. The wireless Lancehead will ship in May or June for $139.99, while the wired version ships in April or May for $79.99.

450in/s = 25.5Mph *shocked*

Still waiting for a g900 with a g502 button layout.

You and me both. I really dislike dealing with wires and would love to replace my G502 with a G900, I'm just not ready to drop that kind of money.

I use the logitech G900 chaos spectrum. And its the best mouse ive used yet. There is no interference from any other of my 3 wireless devices i have on my computer. TBH the only reason i bought the logitech mouse is because im left handed and it can be used left of right handed and you can change the mouse buttons over to left handed. Its great.

So any left handed people here wanting a great gaming mouse. the G900 is the way to go :)

Meh, personally I'd always take a lighter, wired mouse over the wireless version simply bc of the weight. Just preference though. Still not planning on replacing my 10/10 G403 Wired *-*

One day I hope I'll understand what's with the 502 cult. I find it so uncomfortable to hold I can't wrap my head around it.

Quick question, how does G403 wireless stack to G900?

G403 is just a cheaper version of the g900. It can still be used in both wired and wireless mode, it just isn't ambidextrous and it lacks some of the customization of the g900 like the removable buttons and scrolling with inertia.
