Philips Monitor Colour-flashing Problem

Hello, LTT forums, long time no see.

My girlfriend is a teacher and yesterday, nearly all of the PC monitors in their school started flashing random colours at random intervals.

Rebooting the PCs seems to help for a while. But not for long. See the attached video for a demonstration.

This is quite a few monitors we are talking about here and I've never ever seen such behaviour. Much less from several monitors at the same time.

The monitors are Philips 227E4LH.
