Mouse Wrist Rest

I've been having pains in the top of my hand. Hoping a wrist pad can fix this, any recommendations?

Just get a nice gel one from Amazon. There's tons to choose from. I'd go with one built into the mouse pad, that way it's not getting away on you. Don't totally cheap out though, the cheaper ones tend to have a much firmer gel and it's not nearly as comfortable. If you're getting a lot of pain, it might be time to take a look at your wrist positioning more than support.

That's good advice, I'll browse Amazon from the first point. I have a grifiti keyboard wrist rest and it works well for me. I'll see what mouse pads they have too.

I have the same thing, its called carpal tunnel. Sometimes mine go tingly. I try to stretch them out but its the damn keyboard/mouse action going on. Need computer rehab to get off the fix.
