Update on my Build (Suggestions)

This is the new idea for the build I'm thinking of using, I'm going to be using this for gaming and would like to keep a high longevity. I would like to stay in the same price range, it will be used for multitasking while gaming as well. Please put your edited version of the pcpart picker link and why you chose it please. Thank you for your time :)

Hers my build.  $20 less expensive but the GPU is a good bit better.  The CPU is better at multitasking and with double the cores it will likely do better on newer games with more cores as time goes on.  IMO this build will be much more long lived

Changed mobo, PSU and monitor. Switched to a more powerful GPU. Still about the same price with your previous part list.
