Overclocking with a low tier PSU

Hi,

I got a deal on a used XFX 450W ProSeries so i have a few questions

Is this a good PSU for overclocking even if it is tier 3 on the LTT PSU list?

How far can i push the voltages on DDR2?

Is it a worthy replacement of my S#!T-TASTIC 500W Psu that just died?

Will Linus ever stop wearing socks and sandals?

Yeah, it's fine. Tier 3 is where the "this is fine for probably almost anybody" tier starts.

I don't know, but don't bother overclocking memory in the first place, especially if it's that old.

Yes.

Absofuckinglutely not.

The thing is my cpu multiplier is quite low so im forced to oc the memory as well even at 1:1 ratio, and with the overclock the memory asks for more voltage.

While the psu is good enough for that kind of overclocking but its not worth it.

Man if i were i would just build a new system u can spend $500 and bom a decent PC.

Why?

I mean the reason i brought this was Scrapyard Wars showing i could get more performance for the same price or same performance for a lesser price...
