Looks to be the expedition series, which I can't find too much info on when it comes to temps and noise.

I'd probably say get the dual 480, since any 480 is better than a 570.

Andddd it becomes louder.

Ok we got to this point. Define "better" (since you talk about acoustics and temps). After you talked about in-depth review of 480 you should not give this kind of answer.

Well i asked seller, and that cheap model of rx 480 (235$) g1 gaming is probably out of stock, and some decent rx 480's are 250+$.

In my budget 230-240$ I can get for very good price RX470 (207$), or 570/1060 3gb for 235$

RX 470 g1 gaming is a 10$ cheaper then XFX RX470, but even if RX 470's temps are high (not sure because jay's video was about 480) XFX 470 has only 6 pin for power, and g1 gaming has 8pin.

And i am not planing to buy FreeSync monitor, they are very expensive here. The one you guys listed is 360$ here. I will probably buy something around 200$, lg has some good panels IPS 21:9 with 1080p.

So because of that should i consider maybe 1060 3gb (Zotac mini is 220$)?

I would suggest 2 things:

Wait for cheaper 480s to get in stock

OR

Get 470,stay away from 1060 3GB

The Dual rx 480 is around $225 tho right? I think that'd be a good choice.
