NVIDIA vs AMD in Premiere and AfterEffects

Hello, I'm wondering which GPU buy for programs AfterEffects and Premiere from Adobe. I want to buy RX 480 or GTX 1060 or maybe i could go for GTX 1070, but it cost too much I think. 

I think that big GPU memory is good to have (RX 480), but there is another fact, that NVIDIA have CUDA and AMD OpenCL(?), which is supported more from this programs?

nVidia, I would go with a second hand 980ti should you find one within your price range.

Definitely CUDA for Premiere, not sure about After Effect but i think it prefer CUDA as well. 

 

Sony Vegas prefer AMD card strong OpenCL performance.

Ok thank you, so in our country we can buy only used GTX 980 Ti for about same price (50$ less) like GTX 1070. So which is better? 

GTX 1070 have 1980 Cuda Cores clocked on 1600 MHz (i think, that it can be easily overclocked on 1900 MHz) 

GTX 980 Ti have 2860 Cuda Cores clocked on 1250 MHz (it can be overclocked, i think, on 1400 MHz) 

 

So what do you think?

Edit: Ok so if i look on second hand shop on GTX 980 Ti it cost about 100-150$ less
