Recommend Modular PSU?

Here is my build and all I need is the PSU but I am hoping to find something modular.

A lot of people recommended the Seasonic 520w but I'm interested to see what modular PSUs can fit inside my budget of ~$40 USD (willing to stretch for $60 if necessary).

Build is intended for Gaming 1080p on Medium/High at 60 fps.

Ryzen 1500X

Wraith Stealth Cooler

Asus PRIME B350-PLUS

2x4GB  Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3000

EVGA GTX 970

WD Blue 250GB HDD

NZXT S340

- PSU

EDIT: Graphics Card need 6+6. Is that normal on most PSUs?

Thanks!

That's not how you find a good PSU.

Anyways, maybe a Rosewill Photon or VIVO 24K if you need Gold. Otherwise CXM.

CXM that i've seen only have 2 6+2 connectors and that seems like it would be extremely annoying cable management wise

Yeah I'd go with the Seasonic. I've had a couple bad experiences with EVGA's lower end 80+ and 80+ Bronze supplies.

The new B3 is a solid PSU. Super Flower is the OEM. All Japan capacitors, full modular, 5 year warranty etc. It should belongs to tier 1 or 2.

Has a sleeve-bearing fan :(

EDIT: That makes it maximum tier 3 since sleeve-bearing fans really don't belong in PSUs since they're generally mounted horizontally which sleeve-bearing fans have trouble with long-term.

My Dark theme eyes are sad :(

For $60 you can get a CX550M or Seasonic M12 and both should do nicely, though I'd lean towards the Corsair. Also, you gonna get an SSD for that system? It's gonna be pretty slow if you just use that 250GB HDD.
