6GB Ram only 3,2GB Usable

Hello , I have a windows 10 64 bit PC
i have 2 Slots in my motherboard , DImm 1 - 4GB and Dimm 2 - 2GB
bios reading all 6 GB of ram , windows Reading them also as 6GB , but only 3,2GB Usable , 
At Task Manager it says 6,0 GB , 3,2GB usable , (Hardware reserved 2,8GB)
Tried: Every stick of ram in another systems worked perfectly and in the same system works each ram alone ,
Tried: Changing slots in this system
Tried: Msconfig , with check in the box max MB of ram , and without check in the box
Tried: Regedit , at memory management changed the value of  - ClearPageFileAtShutdown from 0  to 1
Tried: In Bios , changing the memory timings is totally ok and mhz
Issue:Only if i Enable - Suspend the memory (that enables to remap the memory at startup) - after saving and applying this on bios , the PC stucks at Bios Logo.

check max memory shared with iGPU in the BIOS is that option is available

im pretty sure there is not any option for memory sharing

i mean i cant find the bios update file , cause my system model and manufacturer says : To Be Filled By O.E.M.

search from machine manufacturer, like Dell, HP, sth like that. Your PC seems to be part of a prebuilt system.

When you have a faulty DIMM Windows will label the memory as hardware reserved, if the memory works on another motherboard just fine consider your motherboard to be the issue.

well i looked at everything ,my motherboard cant be updated , there is not any options in bios to update bios version , i used a flash with the bios rom inside , and my pc couldnt read it also

Then maybe your motherboard is failing due to its age. It's old enough to justify a replacement.
