AMD ReLive not showing up.

I am trying to get ReLive so I can record, but in my Radeon settings it does not show up.

 

I have an RX 480 from XFX. I have the latest drivers installed too.

My ReLive stopped working with the latest windows update as did several other programs. I'm not sure if that is the reason for your problem or not but worth noting.
