Adding a noctua fan to a be quiet cpu cooler in push/pull is it worth it?

Pretty much the title, would I see a significant benefit in adding a noctua (I think a 140 mm nf model) to a be quiet slim shadow rock cooler?

Not really. beQuiet! already uses some really nice fans, they don't perform as good as Noctua but they are damn close, also at a tad lower noise.
