It sounds a lot more reputable, but I just need a monitor to use to game and stream media,

also, I don't mind if the screen is small, just want to have an aspect ratio of 16:9

Yah. It's a good, fairly big monitor with a 60hz refresh rate, with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Cheap as physically possible, just with a warranty or buyer protection of some kind. Also either New or Refurbished.

You look into a tv just check the specs the only thing will need is any graphics card if not some of your screen will be cut off
