Best Ryzen RAM Help !!!

So I heard that ryzen just like "Single Rank And B-Die Memory" in order to get its full performance,

and also that the best spot is "3200 MHz". Is this information really true?

If yes which RAM should I buy. Forget to mention that it is a theme build so if the RAM is red I

would appreciate that.

well, ryzen likes faster speed ram, not necessarily because of the ram, but because of some internal parts that run at ram speeds.

that said, your best bet will be ram that is advertised to run at those speeds on ryzen, because if it doesnt you can expect support.

I have the above Corsair ram it does work but won't boot past 2133 currently and g.skill ripjaws not booting at all. I only got mine up and running yesterday though so I have not played much with ram speed

Generally the G.Skill Flare X and Fortis seem to be working best (Not the TridentZ though, that is more Intel focused RAM). They seem to be having the best time hitting the highest clock speeds.

Also, I would suggest you check out this site to see some user experience with your particular motherboard: http://rymem.vraith.com/

The RAM you linked is CL16, indicating that it's not using Samsung B-die, which is optimal for Ryzen.

The cheapest kit guaranteed to have Samsung b die AFAIK (not sure if the 2133 and 2400 MHz fortis and flare x kits have b die) is this:

@Kilo One I'd recommend getting this kit, as it's guaranteed to be single rank b die and goes with your color scheme well.

are any difference between 3200 MHz and 3000MHz,

the first one is 5 dollars more expensive.

I have a 16 kit of Trdient Z RGB on my Ryzen build, havent had any issues besides the LEDs stopped working on one stick for awhile. Little bit of software tuning cleared that up though

I got this set https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313777 its was on sale for $10 less

With Ryzen 1600 on an Asus Prime B350-Plus with Bios 5015 it is running at 2933mhz using DOCP. Otherwise is runs at 2666mhx. Check the qvl for your motherboard. It will list what ram they tested and what stable speeds they achieved.

If the kit you buy is on the qvl you know it will work and at what the minimum you can expect. In my case I expected 2666mhz and I got it. After the bios upgrade I got a stable 2933mhz. Its not 3200mhz but the value is their

I would be G.Skill flare X. More people getting 3200MHz than any other ram brand. I couldn't get corsair vengeance to even 2600MHz. I believe they have red.
