Horrible USB 3.0 internal connector

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone knew of a low profile internal USB 3.0 extender (for the 19 or 20 pin slot) so I don't have to run the HUGE cable that links the front panel 3.0 ports out in the open of my case?

I can just use the extension cable to run it behind the mobo tray instead so there's a only small connector visible.

These things exist o_o why did I never look for those. I hate that USB3 cable :P
