Best possible CAMERA on a 600~700US$ smartphone?

I need a smartphone, I do not care about the OS and other functionalities, the only thing I need is the best possible camera for the budget of 600~700 dollars, can any one give me a few alternatives?

pixel xl ( download a third part app to take advantage of it) 

galaxy s8- more user control good camera one of the best camera out right now 

lgg6 - possible boot loop no not recommend 

i phone 7 plus -too  very simple with limited capability

My S6 has a decent camera, however, I think that Apple's iPhones tend to have more vibrant point and click shooting and color correction.  There is also the Sony XZ (2016 has a 23 MP camera) or the XZs (2017 has a 19 MP camera).

Check out the Sony Xperia phones. They have a 900fps slo mo phone, a selfie phone, waterproof phones, and insanely good camera phones. They also have the fastest autofocus (according to their website). My brother has an Xperia z1, and it's got a 21 megapixel (or somewhere around that number) camera that takes DSLR quality photos. And beautiful video. Makes my 6 Plus camera look like crap (It kind of is, compared to newer phones). Basically they stuff a Sony DSLR into their phones, just without zoom. And they look beautiful!

Have you considered waiting to see how the Zenfone 3 Zoom turns out?
On paper it's extremely impressive.

There's also the Panasonic camera phone, though you get an older version of Android.

The S7 probably has a better processor, higher resolution screen and some other goodies that the XA does not, but I would think the camera on them both are really strong.  Below is a side by side comparison of specs and a CNET (Ughhh) article that talks about the camera on the XA and has some photos.

I gave a few more reconsiderations and I found a Asus Zenfone 3 ZE520KL that I really liked the looks, the camera seems good enough too, 16megapixels vs the 13megapixels of the Sony one, it also has a 1080p screen while the Sony model only 720p.

 

Gonna go with it instead after all.

Looks like a solid phone! The SD625 is supposed to be very energy efficient too, so you should get excellent battery life.

I've been super impressed with the year to year improvements Asus has made with their phones.

The stuff they come out with this year should be absolutely mind blowing.
