what is the best fan for the Corsair Carbide Spec-01

openthatchest

What are the best fans I can get for under 30 bucks? Here are my requirements:

  • 120 Millimeter.
  • If LED, red only.
  • Comes in 3 pack
  • Would look good in the Corsair Carbide Spec-01

Does it really need to come in a 3-pack?

Are you talking $30/fan or $30 for 3 fans?

LED's are optional, has to be 30$ for a 3 pack.

Where are you using the fans? What kind of dollars are you using?

I use a hella old system I got for free, because i'm broke. Please don't judge. i'll tell you what I want to upgrade to.

I use a core 2 duo @ 2.4GHz with a cooler I can't identify. going to upgrade to ryzen 1600X with a noctua cooler.

Gpu is an nvidia 8800GT, and I plan to upgrade to a gtx 1050Ti

nothing else I really need to cool, I'm using around 30 bucks.

I am not sure if these would look good to you, depending on the rest of your computer's hardware, but if you want a 5 pack of cheap PWM fans that work great and actually are pretty quiet I would recommend these. https://www.amazon.com/F12-PWM-PST-Value-pack/dp/B00NTUJTAK/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1492910193&sr=1-1&keywords=Arctic+PWM+Fan There are also these which seem to be pretty good, but are orange. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553008&ignorebbr=1

The stock case fans should be plenty already.
